"A different language is a different vision of the world"

I am originally from Istanbul and have resided in Mexico, Holland, Belgium and the United States. I have been exposed to several languages simultaneously since I was born. My family is from Sephardic background and spoke Judeo-Spanish, French and Turkish. I was educated in an Italian Catholic school and pursued a college degree in Linguistics as a major and minors in Spanish and Education.

I worked as an assistant ESL teacher at Queens College and tutored in reading. Presently, I work with adults teaching Spanish, French and Italian.

I am interested in working with students who wish to travel, acquire fluency in the language of their destination, and prepare for exams.

Looking for friends

I am a Spanish, French, Italian, Turkish and Judeo-Spanish teacher and student. I want to get in touch with people who pursue the same interests. Presently, I live in New York.
